Oh How I Miss You!!

So I am missing something soo much...MY CAMERA!!! I feel so lost without it. It has been missing for over a month now and I keep hoping that I will run into it or someone will call me and tell me they have found it. YEAH RIGHT, like someone will actually give it back. I just hate not being able to post pictures of my new pad and my new life out here yet. Have no fear I am trying to work some more overtime so I can buy me a new one!

On a happier note I ventured back home to good ole Wakefield for Memorial Day weekend!! I had a wonderful time, I started it off by heading home early to suprise my nephew Mason at his T-ball game. He did sooo good, he is definately my litle all star. Then Saturday after some bike riding and a visit from Samee and Drake I ventured with my bestie to Dobb-a-palooza! Although it wasn't as big as I figured it would be I had a wonderful time. I even made good decisions and called good ole Dad at 3:30AM to come and pick me up. He can't get mad at me right because I'm a guest, lol. Sunday I ventured to Bone's pond and had a fun filled day of riding with Kelley, Rizzo, Cory, AK, and Mandy. I'm pretty sure I was mud from head to toe, no thanks to Cory. Monday I got to spend a quiet day with Mason and did some housework for my mom. I felt really bad because I felt like I didn't get to spend any time with her. So I have already decided that the next time I come home is going to definately be a family weekend...sorry friends!

So CoMo has been treating me well. I am really getting the hang of driving around and work seems to be getting better and crazier at the same time. Other than that nothing really new to report. My life seems to be Drama free...YES I SAID DRAMA FREE, lol

Back on the Net...Finally!!!

Ok so I am in my cozy new pad on a Friday night, yes that's right Hillary is home on a Friday night! Only because it is raining like crazy and we are under a Tornado Watch. Pretty sure I shouldn't be driving in this and get lost so why not sit at home and do some blogging. I've been working for three weeks now and actually cleaning teeth for two weeks, and I can say it's a whole new ballgame. I've been trying to push myself to be right up there with the ones that have been there awhile and it has paid off. Lenze the head hygienist, we call her HHBIC(head hygiene bitch in charge) noticed that I was rocking it out and said she couldn't wait for me to get to know the office better so me and her can rock out on production. I also had my first AWESOME DAY! I guess they announce over the "ears" at work when someone has a good production day and well I don't wear ears so I had no idea but I had the dentists and other co-workers coming up to me and telling me good job and I finally said what for and they told me. Yeah I gave myself a little pat on the back for that. I've been working overtime every day so far and have even volunteered to come in on my fridays off! I just hope I don't burn myself out too quick. But I got the taste of the money and want more, lol. I have so many things that I want and need ya know like a new car!!!! I also want to get a new camera soon since my drunk butt lost my last one, that way I can take pics of my new life here.

On the meeting people side it's going well. I work with a couple other hygienist who I hang out with on the weekends. Lenze, one of the hygienists there is bound and determined to find me a man...GO HER, but my mom informed me that whoever she finds needs to submit a resume so she can clear them. Oh, ya gotta love my mom! It's great because Lenze is a country girl and I mentioned how I love to go 4-wheeler riding and what do ya know...I now have someone to take me!! At least I accomplished my first goal I had set for myself here. Yeah I probably will never come home now, just kidding! Thursdays after work seems to be Happy Hour at a mexican resturant called ElMaguey's for $1 Margaritas. Oh how I love Thursdays.

The most exciting news this week is that we got cable and the internet!! We finally broke down and got it and it happened at a good time because we had watched Seasons 1-3 of Grey's Anatomy. Lets just say I am now hooked on that dang show. Next week I will also join the gym down the road, I've definately gotten off the track of the weight loss and it's time to jump back on.

On the home front I recieved a phone call last week from my friend Tiffany who babysits my nephews, and she informs me that Dominik's leg turned purple. TALK ABOUT FREAKING OUT! My sister took him to the doctor right away and he said that it was nothing. While I believe the doctor it still scared the shit out of me. That instance was one that made me wish I didn't live far away. Because if something did happen then I couldn't be just right there to help. But it comforts me to know that he has a wonderful sitter who will look after him so well! Mason is doing good also. He will be done with school soon, I just can't believe he will be in 1st grade next year! I think I may cry :( My favorite little man isn't so little anymore

I will be traveling back to Illinois Memorial Day weekend so I hope to see everyone out and about!! Well I think that's about it for now, but then again who knows.

The big move!!!

So I'm trying out the blogging world! I must say I'm really confused by it...like that takes much. But anyway I thought since I have moved away that the few people who want to know the drama, or lack there of, in my life will be able to keep up!

As most of you know I have ventured out of the great corrupt state of Illinois! I now live in Columbia, Missouri or as I like to call it CoMo. I was offered a position as a Hygienist at ProDental which is a Heartland office. I was excited to finally get to practice what I went to school for and live on my own again. I love where I live so far and my town house is super cute, it has 3 bedrooms and 2.5bath. We have an extra bedroom so I do expect visitors!!! I live with Addie, a girl I went to Hygiene school with. She also took a position at ProDental as well. I will try and post some pictures of my new pad as soon as I figure out how, lol.

So I have a week of work under my belt and so far so good! I just got my Missouri Hygiene license friday so I can finally start cleaning teeth on Thursday. I'm so happy about that because I was getting really antsy not being able to do as much as the other girls! But during this time it allowed me to see how things run and get use to the computer and xray systems along with seeing my first work catfight! I knew it would happen and probably happens more often then not, what do you expect when there are like 15 girls working together!

On the family note, I was home already this weekend to see my nephew, Mason's, first t-ball game and man is t-ball sooo cute! Mason is still having a difficult time adjusting to his Aunt Hillary being far away now! He is just a really emotional boy and just loves his aunt, I mean can ya blame him I'm flipping awesome! So for that reason I will probably come home more than I would like just to see him. He tells me he just can't stop thinking about me...talk about my heart breaking!!!! I can't forget to mention my little nephew, Dominik, he will be 4months old tomorrow! He is getting to be such a big boy and he always seems so busy. I'm really going to hate not seeing him every weekend and seeing how much he changes.

On the friend note, Leah celebrated her passing of the written boards Saturday as well as her graduation! WAY TO GO LEAH, I'm so proud of you and I'm pretty sure we partied hard and got really bad heartburn. Lets just hope there aren't any pictures floating around ;)
